These Terms govern your use of the Offline Radio: FM & Recorder app (the "App") and the website offlineradio.digitalindia.support (together, the "Services"), provided by Digital India Support ("we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. What the App does

The App is a player for publicly available internet radio streams. Station information comes from the community directory radio-browser.info and from links you add yourself. We do not own, operate or control any radio station, and we are not responsible for the content, availability or quality of any stream.

2. Recordings are for personal use only

The App lets you record a stream to your own device so you can listen later. Recordings are for your private, non-commercial use. You must not copy, share, upload, sell, broadcast or publicly perform recordings, and you are responsible for following copyright law and any terms set by the station. Don't use the recording feature where the station or local law prohibits it.

3. Stations you add

Only add stream links that you are allowed to listen to. If you submit a station to the public directory, you confirm that the information is accurate and not misleading, and you understand that it will be publicly visible on radio-browser.info.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't use the Services for anything unlawful.
• Don't try to reverse-engineer, overload or interfere with the Services or any third-party service they use.
• Don't use bots or automated means to generate ad impressions or clicks.

5. Ads and rewards

The App is free and shows ads served by Google AdMob. Some features (such as an ad-free hour, recording time or extra quiz spins) can be unlocked by watching a rewarded ad. These rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be changed or withdrawn.

6. Data usage

Streaming radio uses mobile data. You are responsible for any charges from your network operator.

7. No warranty

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". Streams may stop working, change or be removed without notice. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services, including loss of data or recordings.

9. Third-party content and trademarks

Station names, logos and programmes belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in the App does not imply endorsement. If you are a rights holder and believe content in the directory should be removed, please contact radio-browser.info and email us at the address below.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or change, suspend or discontinue the Services at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
